    In this first complimentary session, we will explore a topic of your choice. Let's see if we have the chemistry that would lead to an impactful coaching relationship!

    Once we’ve agreed to work together, we move to a Discovery Session. Let’s identify your professional goals, but your coaching experience will encompass more than just your career. You will bring your whole self to the coaching relationship, allowing us to explore the intersections of your personal values, relationships, and aspirations. Let’s begin with the end in mind!

  • - Ongoing Exploration -

    Together, we will set objectives that resonate on multiple levels, fostering a balanced and enriching journey toward achieving the career and the life you envision. This transformative process examines what you truly want to achieve both professionally and personally.

  • I utilize my years of professional experience and education to specifically work with individuals who are interested in Professional Development Coaching. However, every client comes to coaching with more on their mind than just their current position and their professional challenges! In our confidential sessions, you put forth the agenda and we work on your current needs, whether that is managing a team, navigating a tricky workplace dynamic, or figuring out how to find time for self-care. Let’s uncover what it means for you to feel "whole"!

  • When choosing a professional coach, look for a coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which is the gold standard for professional coaching. Debi is both an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) after completing a Level 2 coach training (200+ hours) with Co-Active Training Institute.

  • The first session is always complimentary! You’ll gain an understanding of what coaching is and how it might serve you, and you can then decide if we have the right chemistry to work together in a coaching relationship.

    Examples of what the professionals I coach say in their complimentary first coaching session:

    • I think I should pivot to a new position or career, but I'm also not sure I'm ready

    • I am unhappy in my role and want to move from frustration to action

    • I am managing a team and I want to manage more effectively

  • After the first session, clients schedule their own coaching sessions and meet anywhere from one to four times a month via Zoom.

  • Coaching packages always start with your goals!

    • How clear is your vision for what you want to accomplish?

    • How quickly do you want to achieve your goals?

    Coaching packages are available in short-term (3-month, 6-month) or long-term agreements. Designing your own package is always an option, but here are some ideas of what clients often choose:

    • 6 sessions over 2-3 months: you have a clear, immediate goal

    • 12-18 sessions over 6 months: you are activated for change in the next 6-12 months

    • 12-24 sessions over 9-12 months: you know change is needed (work is not fulfilling, burnout is approaching!) but don't know where to start

    • Ongoing coaching: you are engaged in your current role and value an ongoing coaching relationship
